For roughly twenty years, the Centre national de ressources Robert Laplane has been constructing responses to facilitate the life courses of young people with rare disability.
These “resource” actions are carried out in support of the care-recipients and on behalf of their local stakeholders: families, teams of care professionals, management teams and partners from the school system, the care system, etc.
Leaning on its primary expertise in functional assessment, the Centre de ressources has accrued a well-recognised level of experience in supporting establishments’ care-givers and backing innovative projects. Today, its work extends into and is part of a framework encompassing both the transition towards the full inclusion of disabled people and stakeholders involved in transforming the set of services offered, particularly those from pre-existing apparatuses in France.
